had an excellent experience over there. would not forget the trip until we get a better experience somewhere in future. The rooms,food, jeep & boat safaris, we just can not complain a bit. we would never forget the behaviour and support we got from all the staffs. in a word just excellent. we personally wish to thank the person for establishing the library inside canteen complex it was such a nice idea. The dam itself was just like a sea. We liked the idea of starting the nature camp for the benefit of local people and was amazed to learn that this whole project is being run by local community. Really great idea. Only three thing we felt should have been there.(1) one small stationary shop of daily utility articles, like snacks,(specially for children), shaving blade sort of things, sometimes we need. (2) One or two display board having the history of this nature camp and run by whom & how is this project helping the local community.(3) souvenior shop should be inside the camp area. Otherwise it was a memorable trip for us. We strongly advise all to enjoy few days here. .

It was a memorable stay. The best part of it was the professionalism and courteous behaviour of all staff members. All of them were extremely polite and helpful. Food was just like home made, delicious. Ambience was good. Boat riding was a joy. Two things need attention - in the peak summer, the ACs were not very effective. The dining area needs at least few pedestal fans. My special thanks to staff members again.

Clean and hygienic surrounding. Rooms were good but needs to be maintained better. Food provided were homely and tasty. Power back up could be little better. Hospitality staff are well mannered,very humble, soft spoken and very helpful. Safari was good wish we could see more animals. Boating event was also good. Great place to visit during winter as summer could be exhausting.

It is well managed. Staff exhibited great professionalism. Food was nice and healthy. Little scope of improvement is there:
1. Greenery around the cottage could be enhanced
2. Electrical equipments like AC should have been in top condition especially during summer.
3. A small swimming pool with a fountain will amuse particularly the children.

I am extremely happy to see the success of a community managed Eco Tourism project . In all respect it exhibits the true character of TOURISM. Natural Beauty, Biodiversity and the purity of hospitality make the stay pleasant .Pricing is reasonable. India need such model more and more.

Very nice location and cottages. The balcony view opening to the Lake is really soothing with wide open french windows giving continuous visual.
The food is really good with lots of varieties. There is still scope to enhance the taste.

An excellent eco site in Odisha
. The safari is very well organized and some watch tower with bino may be provided to tourist to watch wild animals. Some water sports can be added at the site. Overall, excellent site seems to be under utilised by tourist. The staffs are very well trained and are taking good care of guests.

Amazing stay and lots of fun.we enjoyed a lot in the beautiful greeneries Especially the jungle safari. We saw many wild animals like wild bore, sambar, lots of deer and bear also alot of bisons grazing near the bison block. Its a overhelming experience. The attitude of all the staffs too good. They told us use the properties and enjoy the nature as your house.we really appreciate the ecotour and govt of odisha such a good work in that jungle area. Last but not the least we enjoyed the advanturous cruise ride at the morning . Actually its a beautiful creation by nature. 1. Amazing cycling experience of 22 km - zero point to End of right dyke -22km. Biswa (staff) gave great company and support

3. Fantastic trek experience - Santosh have great support
We have been many nature parks esp wild life in India and I think Debrigarh is and can become a top destination. If offers trek, safari, nice stay and good food, cycling, boating and fantastic balance of all

Very nice, but there is scope to improve some areas.such as cleanness,and some greenery around the cottages inside the compound will add a lot . One or two local dishes may be added to add some flavour.Overall it was very good.Thank you.

It was a really good, ambient place to stay. The activities such as boating and the safari was really well planned. They did not rush us and made sure to explain the important features of the islands that we visited and also let us know some of the forest ongoings. The staff were really nice and soft-spoken ad catered to our needs well. Even though it was in the middle of the forest, the food was really good.

Mind blowing experience esp jungle safari and islands..

There was a systematic and a prompt approach followed at the time of entry. The entire young staff (Raja Shahu, Pabitra Sahu, Ishwar Sahu, Sannath, Doleshwar, Narsingh, Bicky, Bhoial, Pramod, Subrat, Tapadhan, Sunil, Hemsagar) were polite, courteous ad very helpful. The safaries and the boat rides were well organised with proper guides. The location and motorable roads were comforting. Howevrer, hosekeeping and keeping the toilets clean should be looked into.

A splendid place for holidaying. Needs wide publicity. Could also be a preferred destination for overseas tourists. Enjoyed the short stay. Wished could have stayed longer. Excellent hospitality. An attractive reception room portraying befitting wilderness, brochures with site details, highlights of surrounding culture / heritage may be thought of. Provision for refreshment with a cup of Tea at Parbati Tung was a felt need. Upkeep of facilities in the room including furniture require periodic attention. Intercom could be helpful in case of any pressing service need. A lovely well managed nature camp. Thanks for the personalised attention of the staff.

I just loved the place very much full of positive vibes,bliss of nature , good food ,boating ,kayaking and mesmerizing views ,neat n clean surrounding ,good hospitality ,I cannot express in words ,we can only capture through our eyelens only ,out of world experience as these we have explore outside odisha but now all these r possible in odisha .
One thing I want to include is some kind of entertainment to the people in evening so that all starangers can become friends during their journey ,kareoke system n some gaming activities should be included ,many friends would be visiting soon after I had upload photos in my social media handle .I want to promote this place to more and more people .I am in an International NGO.

This is the 4th time i was visiting Debrigarh Nature Camp. I feel it to be home as always. Food were too tasty and delicious, the staffs were too courteous, humble, helpful.

I really enjoyed the welcome from Sir Prabhu and Ishwar who treated us no other than their family. Thanks to all their efforts to make our stay enjoyable and outstanding.

Only one suggestion from my side - Please install wall fan in Canteen. During Summer and Rainy season it is difficult to seat there due to humid while having food.

The overall hospitality, food is heart touching. Bison block is also well decorated.

Excellent forest and hospitality of the resort staff but safari area is too small to attract serious wild life enthusiast. Park administrator should consider some freedom for serious amature photographer also.
